The successful incumbent
will assist in developing a defined financial network by planning
an active role in controlling, compliance, internal control/audit
issues and local tax matters. Critically, achieving business
objectives and comply with regulations, accounting principles,
and standards
You will review and ensure
the accuracy of the financial report, for management presentation
and SGX reporting and announcements
Your other responsibilities
include lead, direct, and develop a team of accounting professionals
to ensure that the Companys accounting activities are
conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according
to relevant regulations, laws, and standards
Included in your portfolio,
you will ensure the implementation of corporate financial
process and systems within the group, maximizes the quality
of financial reporting and analysis
Anticipate regular participation
in important regional initiatives.
To be considered for this
opportunity you will possess a Degree in Accountancy and a
member of CPA Singapore with a minimum of 8 years experience
preferably with listed companies with the ability to interact
with senior management.
As such, well developed
and strong interpersonal skills are mandatory. Fluency in
English and Mandarin is strongly preferred
