Job Responsibilities
- Manage reception area
and general office administration
- Handle incoming calls
and queries; taking and relaying messages
- Update phone directory
regularly
- Attend to walk-in guests
and vendors
- Sort incoming and outgoing
correspondences e.g. faxes, couriers, mails, parcels
- Coordinate printing
of name cards, letterheads, envelopes, etc
- Assist in organising
of staff activities (i.e. family day, parties )
- Ad-Hoc Admin Duties
Job Requirements
- Min GCE N Level
- 1-2 years experience
in reception or administrative work
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good telephone etiquette
- Pleasant personality,
possess initiative and a positive attitude
- Highly organized, meticulous
and able to multi-task
- Excellent customer
service and interpersonal skills
- Conversant in Mandarin
is a must
- Proficiency in written
and spoken English is essential for this position

: $1800 - $2000
