Job Responsibilities

  • Manage reception area and general office administration
  • Handle incoming calls and queries; taking and relaying messages
  • Update phone directory regularly
  • Attend to walk-in guests and vendors
  • Sort incoming and outgoing correspondences e.g. faxes, couriers, mails, parcels
  • Coordinate printing of name cards, letterheads, envelopes, etc
  • Assist in organising of staff activities (i.e. family day, parties )
  • Ad-Hoc Admin Duties

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE N Level
  • 1-2 years experience in reception or administrative work
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Pleasant personality, possess initiative and a positive attitude
  • Highly organized, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Conversant in Mandarin is a must
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for this position
