RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support the Asset Managers within the
Company Group based outside Singapore with the daily management
of accounts booked in Singapore
- To assure a smooth transition for all administrative
tasks (account opening, pending issue etc)
- To place order on securities, Money Market
vehicles, Precious metals, FX according to Company's internal
procedures
- To deal with payment instructions from
clients/managers
- To print and mail Financial reports on
request
- To perform daily check on cash items and
to follow up with Managers
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of similiar experience
within an asset management company or a bank
- Being familiar with local laws and regulations
and international practices in anti-money laundering and
other compliance issues
- Computer literate in MS Office and Web
based applications
- Being fluent in French is a MUST

- Participate in workflow improvement and
projects;
- Work independently and trouble shoot problems
& Overcome stress and challenge the existing processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking
or related discipline
- At least 2 years' experience in Asset Management
firm with a good understanding of Unit Trusts and related
processes
- Team Player and able to work independently
