RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To support the Asset Managers within the Company Group based outside Singapore with the daily management of accounts booked in Singapore
  • To assure a smooth transition for all administrative tasks (account opening, pending issue etc)
  • To place order on securities, Money Market vehicles, Precious metals, FX according to Company's internal procedures
  • To deal with payment instructions from clients/managers
  • To print and mail Financial reports on request
  • To perform daily check on cash items and to follow up with Managers

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of similiar experience within an asset management company or a bank
  • Being familiar with local laws and regulations and international practices in anti-money laundering and other compliance issues
  • Computer literate in MS Office and Web based applications
  • Being fluent in French is a MUST
