REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To support the Asset Managers within the Company Group based outside Singapore with the daily management of accounts booked in Singapore
• To assure a smooth transition for all administrative tasks (account opening, pending issue etc)
• To place order on securities, Money Market vehicles, Precious metals, FX according to Company's internal procedures
• To deal with payment instructions from clients/managers
• To print and mail Financial reports on request
• To perform daily check on cash items and to follow up with Managers
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of similiar experience within an asset management company or a bank
• Being familiar with local laws and regulations and international practices in anti-money laundering and other compliance issues
• Computer literate in MS Office and Web based applications
• Being fluent in French is a MUST

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support new business development and investment banking engagements.
• Analyse historical and projected financial information.
• Develop valuation scenarios for potential transactions.
• Involved in financial projects such as financial advisory, restructuring, capital raising and mergers and acquistion assignments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary education in Banking and Finance or Economics or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in financing and/or Corporate Finance
• Conversant in loan documentation and structuring
• Good writing and numerate skills, conversant in Excel/Powerpoint

Requirements:

• Degree qualified;
• 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the fund management industry doing similar work scope;
• Be meticulous;
• A good team player with strong knowledge of investment products and possess good interpersonal skills.

• Coordinate with external parties and service providers to ensure timely receipt of reports and data (i.e. Trustees, accounting & valuation agents, banks, tax agents and auditors);
• Review and provide timely reports e.g. daily NAVs annual / semi-annual unit-holders reports, quarterly expense ratios, monthly fact-sheet data, monthly income/expense reporting;
• Prepare and review budget for unit trusts and monitor expenditure;
• Review of trust deeds, prospectus and other legal documents;
• Participate in workflow improvement and projects;
• Work independently and trouble shoot problems & Overcome stress and challenge the existing processes.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking or related discipline
• At least 2 years' experience in Asset Management firm with a good understanding of Unit Trusts and related processes
• Team Player and able to work independently
