Responsibilities:

  • Will be directly responsible for the contract administration process which involves facilitating the change management process, contractor negotiations, client’s approval cycle, and invoicing of construction contracts;
  • Advise client’s management decisions regarding contract strategies and changes;
  • Provide supervisor instruction to client’s personnel throughout contract stages;
  • Interface directly with client regarding contract status;
  • Coordinate contact with the client’s respective disciplines;
  • Monitor and provide input into contract reports;
  • and as required, assist with / advise client’s disciplines of contract administration efforts.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have a multi-discipline exposures to a variety of construction / infrastructure contracts;
  • Prefer technical background;
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Must be proficient in and have extensive experience with contract negotiations’ experience should include recent contract administration responsibilities and detailed exposure contract terms and conditions, change order preparation.
  • And invoice processing;
  • must be able to properly manage client’s team handling several contracts in various stages of construction;
  • should have working knowledge of construction industry’s contracting practices.
  • Working experience in FIDIC Contracts will be an added advantage.
