Our Client, a world class
leading supplier of bearings and precision components with
global presence, is inviting dynamic candidates to join their
fast-moving and expanding team.
Responsibilites:
Provide customer service
to Distributors and OEM customers throughout South East Asia
region
Ensure customer orders are processed promptly and accurately
Work with customers on stock reservation, delivery, back orders,
claims, pricing and promotions
Liaise with forwarder for shipment of goods and expedite collection
of goods invoiced
Maintain and update customer list, order/sales registers and
all other relevant records
Handle sales enquiries
Prepare Order Confirmation (OC), Delivery Note (DN), Invoice,
Cr/Dr note and L/C
Other assignment that Management may request from time to
time
Requirement:
GCE "O" Level
with 4 years experience in the similar capacity
Knowledge of SAP system is a highly desirable
At least Effectively conversant in ENGLISH and MANDARIN
Proficient in MS Office applications
A responsible team player that work independently with initiative
Pleasant and outgoing disposition, with good attitude and
commitment
Posses strong negotiation skills with customer satisfaction
Strong analytical and Excellent problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal communications skills, effectively at all
levels
Other Information:
5 days work week : Mon
- Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Location : Serangoon
Accessible from AMK station,
Toa Payoh station and Serangoon station.
