Responsibilities:
1. To identify project : Active participation and identification
of prospective project through regular contacts with customer.
2. To liaise with allocated customer for sales acquisition.
3. To follow-up on offers with customers and keep updated
project information.
4. To finalise and negotiate on contract with customers with
support of Commerical Department.
5. To follow up and keep regular contacts with customers to
ensure satisfaction, before and after delivery
6. Be the single face to the customer, i.e. be responsible
for a specific customer portfolio and lead, co-ordinate or
be aware of, as defined in the Sales Process and Business
chapters of the Sales Handbook, any action done towards any
customer of his portfolio. This also includes maintaining
relationship with customers and relevant players (local country
authorities, potential partners, representatives and consultants,
financial community, etc.)
7. To obtain intelligence regarding the activities/intentions
and strategies of company's competitors, develop extensive
knowledge on local prices levels, be well informed about local
suppliers/contractors and possible partners and recognise
and communicate events and trends that may have an effect
on the business.
8. To propose and implement an Individual Sales Plan on his
Customer Portfolio in agreement with the Country Sales Director,
as defined in the Commerical Strategy.
9. To commit and achieve the order intake budget for overall
Transmission & Distribution and eacch Business of his
customer portfolio.
10. To commit, plan and achieve actions, linked to the commerical
strategy established for each customer, search for new opportunities/solutions
with new clients(prospects) in his geographical area or sector
of business.
11. To gather any relevant information (commerical and technical
environment, price level, competitors, strategy...) for any
offer preparation and presentation, follow up and negotiate
this offer to get the order with the support of the adequate
company's resources, follow up of the order and delivery to
communicate any news to the client, as defined in the Sales
Handbook.
12. To develop opportunities (mapping of key players, competitors
and partners - technical and financial offerings to be promoted,
etc...)
13. To have sufficient knowledge of all of Transmission &
Development products in order to promote the whole of company's
product range for any customer in his customer portfolio.
14. To keep his technical skills up-to-date, update the technical
and commerical documentation in the clients' hands and organise
the presentation of new products/systems to his customers.
15. To be responsible for SPEAK in order to maintain good
communication flows and to edit proper reporting.
16. To support and advise the Businesses in resolving problems
during project execution, collaborating with the financial
departments of the businesses for instance to facilitate,
if neccessary, the payment and release of performance bonds
on time.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical
Engineering or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years experience
in sales for Transmission & Distribution products in
the energy industry.
- Excellent communication
& interpersonal skills.
- Applicants should be
