KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Review originals L/C and prepare shipping documents pertaining to imports & exports shipments like P/O, D/O, Proforma, Invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, Letter of Credit
• Establishment of imports L/C and exports L/C documentations and negotiation.
• Liaise with overseas customers, suppliers, shipping companies and forwarders,
• Handle shipment documention:
  • Prepare Import & Export documentation
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to enusure timely shipment
• Generate reports

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma / Degree holder
• Minimum 2 years experience with knowledge on shipping formality
• Well versed in the import/export and custom regulations of African countries will be highly desirable
• Effectively conversant in ENGLISH and MANDARIN
• Proficient in MS Office
• A responsible team player that work independently
• Well organised with a proven track record in managing tight deadlines
• Confident with good interpersonal communications skills, effectively at all levels
• Meticulous and hardworking, able to work in a fast pace environment

Requirements:
