Job Description:

• Securing new tenants and retaining existing tenants for a portfolio of residential/industrial properties
• Negotiating leases and finalising lease agreements and other lease documentation
• Other leasing duties including annual budgeting

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Real Estate/Economics/ Business or equivalent is preferred
• 2-3 years’ experience in leasing of residential properties is ideal
• Any experience in industrial properties will be an advantage
• Prior leasing experience with a property consultancy firm is advantageous
• Possess effective communication, organisational, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills
• Must be a team player

• Market the retail spaces and assist in selecting the trade-mix that complements the brand positioning of the mall
• Fulfill the target customers’ shopping requirements
• Assist in rental budgeting and delivering on rental targets
• Collate market intelligence
• Negotiate leases and ensure all lease documentation is executed on a timely basis
• Other leasing duties

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing/Real Estate/Economics/Business or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in retail leasing is ideal. Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position
• Good command of both written and oral English
• Effectively bilingual and conversant in Mandarin
• Effective organisational, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills
