CTES has two core business

RECRUITMENT
Executive Recruitment
- The selection and placement of middle and senior management or
specialist personnel. The ‘Head-hunting’ approach is usually adopted
as it is a highly effective process targeted at specific individuals
whose background and experience match clients’ staffing requirements.
These experienced candidates are usually not actively seeking alternate
employment and hence will not normally respond to an open recruitment
exercise.
General Recruitment
- The selection and placement of secretarial, administrative, technical,
junior management personnel on a ‘permanent’, ‘contract’, ‘temporary’
and ‘temporary to permanent’ basis.
We are able to make specific recommendations by identifying, attracting,
qualifying and delivering candidates to suit our clients’ varying
needs and requirements. Our recruitment service also targets foreign
talents in countries like Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Indonesia,
Thailand, Dubai and Australia.
HUMAN RESOURCE (HR)
CONSULTING
Outsourcing
– We work on a project basis for volume hiring, management and supervision
of workers/operators/technicians/tele-sales personnel. We also administer
their related payroll and employee benefits.
Training -
We assist companies in identify training needs in all or specific
areas of operations.
HR Management Development
– We provide a host of HR related services including the setting
up of a Personnel System to the design and implementation of incentive/benefit
schemes, performance management systems, payroll and benefits administration
and personnel contracts consultancy.
Outplacement
– This service involves assisting companies in their restructuring
activities whereby we prepare staff for job change through counseling,
resume writing skills, interview techniques and psychometric testing.
They can also be placed under our ‘priority job placement’ scheme
whereby a series of recruitment strategies are deployed.
