  JOB DESCRIPTION CTES is currently seeking a dynamic, energetic and entrepreneurial individual to join our team. We are looking for a TALENT RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST, who has experience in recruitment or industry practitioners who are keen to have a change in career path or to advance their careers.

The requirements of the role include:
  • You need to handle full spectrum of recruitment activities which includes:
    • communicating with clients and getting an idea about their hiring needs and organization goals
    • researching into clients company, competitors and market place
    • developing and implementing strategies to meet clients' needs
    • defining the job description and document specification
    • identifying prospective candidates
    • screening and shortlisting of prospective candidates
    • interviewing prospective candidates
    • character profiling
    • salary benchmarking and research
  • You need to have :
    • ability to build and manage corporate accounts, expand and develop new business opportunities
    • excellent understanding of organisation structure and development
    • ability to manage, motivate and mentor others

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities:
  • You need to be people-oriented and have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
  • You must also be a highly driven and self-motivating person with strong ambition to build sales and manage accounts
  • You must be approachable, resourceful and analytical
  • You need to possess good communication skills (speaking and writing fluent English is a must) 
  • Positive attitude with high enthusiasm to take on challenges 
  • Innovative and think out-of-the-box

Qualifications and Experience:
  • > 5 years of relevant experience in the recruitment sector OR  > 8 years experience in the mid to senior management teams of MNCs
  • Minimum Educational Qualifications:
    • Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology/ Sociology or other relavant disciplines.
    • Those who possess CEI certification will be an advantage
