Responsible for supervision of the business equipment sales division.
Manage recruitment, manpower planning, coaching and performance management of the sales team.
Responsible for assisting Sales General Manager in forecasting and sales tracking, and achieving the revenue and profitability targets.
Responsible for planning and execution of sales activities in local market to achieve sales objectives.
Assists the Sales General Manager in formulating of strategic objectives and setting of forecast and/ or performance metrics for Business Equipment sales division.
Responsible for management of ageing inventory and AR to meet the division objectives.
Review the weekly forecast and sales performance and provide recommendations for action.
Be integral to the change management process ensuring adoption of new processes and tools through performance measures.
Maintain existing client accounts, and grow the client relationships to achieve high levels of success and satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver valuable service offerings to clients.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Degree in Sales & Marketing or similar discipline.
At least 5 years of sales and business development experience within copier industry.
At least 3 years of experience in management of team.
Proven track record in B2B sales and/or business development.
Good account management and client relationship management skills.
Keen business acumen, with an understanding of business and sales strategy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment or on challenging projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to conduct convincing presentations
