Our client, a logistics MNC, is currently seeking a Human Resource Executive (1 year contract) to join their esteemed organisation.

This role will directly reporting to Human Resources Manager.
The responsbilities of the role:
  • Drive and manage the full spectrum of selection and recruitment activities including creating advertisements, interview arrangements, reference checks, salary proposals, etc.
  • Source, manage and evaluate recruitment vendors and channels.
  • Prepare &/or coordinate with relevant departments on on-boarding materials/ activities for new joiners.
  • Handle employee matters such as staff movements, disciplinary issues, cessation formalities, etc.
  • Provides HR advice and guidance to the business units.
  • Responsible for HR administration - ensuring job profiles are updated, generate recruitment statistics, immigration matters, insurance claims, filing of documents and records etc.
  • Undertake or assist in any other ad-hoc projects assigned periodically.
  • Process  application/cancellation/ renewal of airport pass.
  • Processing of invoices for recruitment agencies.
  • In charge of company’s festive events’ celebration.
  • Sourcing for recruitment vendors, managing relationship and costs.
  • Conducting induction for new hires.
  • Conducting of exit interviews and exit clearance for resignees.
  • Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
  • Ordering of fruit basket/gifts for special occasions.
  • Updating of organization chart.
  • Sending of birthday lists on a monthly basis.
  • Handling of promotions/appraisals and termination letters and performance appraisals for the various departments.
  • Handling of grievances for business units when necessary.
  • Process Medical claims for staffs.

What is required of the incumbent in this role:
  • Diploma with professional qualifications in HRM / Business Administration.
  • Min 1 to 2 years HR management experience/ HR Partnering / Employee Relations.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, independent  and a dynamic team player.
  • Customer focused with good communication skills.
  • Good initiative, resourceful and meticulous with good PC skills.
  • With 1 month completion bonus.
