Our client, is searching for a Programme Manager to join their team. This role is a constructive step forward for anyone looking for excitement and challenges at work. 

Responsibilities of this role encompasses:
  • Collaborating and working closely with government agencies, Industry associations, tripartite partners and training partners to drive adoption of professional conversion programmes and other up-skilling and re-skilling initiatives.
  • Engaging and establishing effective relationships with stakeholders within financial institutions to encourage the development and implementation of workforce transformation plans.
  • Evaluating training plans and provide recommendations to management for approval
  • Organising and supporting workshops and events to facilitate workforce transformation
  • Recommending and conceptualising interventions, programmes and policies to achieve workforce transformation outcomes
  • Performing data analytics to gain insights into manpower and skills development trends 

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent 
  • Prior experience in a government agency or financial institution on manpower or workforce transformation initiatives would be preferred
  • Meticulous, organised and process / system oriented
  • Good project management skills
  • Self-starter and able to engage with stakeholders of various levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
