  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Junior Executive or Executive, Member Services to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Develop and execute membership recruitment campaigns.
  • Plan, organise and facilitate programmes and activities for members.
  • Develop print and online marketing collaterals for the promotion of YMCA membership and members’ activities.
  • Manage member communications including response to member queries and complaints, as well as the performance of service recoveries.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.
 
 
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Diploma (preferably in Marketing or Business Administration) with at least 2 years of working experience in a membership organisation.
  • Experience handling loyalty programmes will be an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Result-oriented with good initiative and a positive attitude.
  • Able to work both independently and part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Willing to work 2 shifts and some Saturdays.
  • Internet savvy.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
  • Customer service skills.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • Resourcefulness with good problem-solving skills.
