  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is looking for a HR Executive to join their esteemed organization. If you are a dynamic individual seeking a new career opportunity, read further!

The HR Executive, SEAP reports directly to the HR Manager, Singapore & SEAP. 
The roles and responsibilities of this role include:
  • To support the HR activities for the SEAP team.
  • Administer the full spectrum of HR services including recruitment and exit processes, performance management, employee relations, payroll, training and development as well as benefits and wellness programs.
  • Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of confidential information in IFS (HRIS/ ERP System).
  • Administer and ensure compliance of HR policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Administer and ensure timeline compliance for all statutory submissions.
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in reviewing and implementing the HR policies and procedures in accordance to legal and statutory requirements for South East Asia Pacific.
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in spearheading training projects identifying training initiatives and developmental programs for the respective teams to bridge the competency gaps.
  • Compensation & Benefit Analysis. 
  • Creating Purchase Requisitions/doing Receiving in IFS as part of the payment process for HR-related invoices.  

In order to be successful for this role, the candidate must possess the following competencies and experience:
  • Diploma in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or its equivalent with at least three years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
  • Good MS Office skills eg Word, Excel & Powerpoint, and experience using any HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player who is energetic and results-oriented.
  • Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills. 
  • Able to handle and embrace ambiguity and diversity with good organizational skills.
