Our client is actively searching for a Senior Professional Officer, Electronics L&D to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Strategy & Program Development
• Industry Engagement & Partnerships
• Program Delivery & Quality Assurance
• Policy & Compliance
• Marketing & Outreach
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the CET programs

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• A good Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Masters, PhD and/or relevant professional certifications would be advantageous.
• At least 10 years of experience in electronics sector workforce development, corporate training, or industry engagement
• Experience working with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and/or trade & industry associations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment

  SALARY

S$8,000.00 - S$9,000.00 per Month
