Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, capex investment and long-term planning.
Planning and Execution Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate goals.
Budget and Cost Management: Collaborate with business leaders to drive growth initiatives and cost optimization across Business operations to optimize cash flow, working capital and inventory financing.
Financial Reporting and Compliance: Work with controllership to ensure financial reporting’s compliance and adherence to statutory requirements, GAAP/IFRS and semiconductor standards.
Growth Initiatives: Partner with the Group CFO, Board of Directors and the Executive Leadership Team on strategic initiatives, including expansion, M&A and optimizing global operations.
Performance Management and Analysis: Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to the Executive LeadershipTeam.
Stakeholder Relations and Global Mindset: Manage key stakeholders including leaders on the board and HQ finance teams; and collaborate well with teams across the globe.
Talent Development: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred.
Minimum 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in the capacity of CFO or equivalent.
Proven experience managing corporate finance, FP&A, and financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial modeling
Demonstrated ability to lead geographically diverse team and influence at the executive level.
Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
Excellent communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in semiconductor industry and deep understanding of semiconductor business models is a plus.
Experience from global MNCs and their financial operations.
