  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for Assistant Director, Marketing, Outreach and Admissions to join their team!

The Assistant Director will report to the Deputy Director of the Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO) and work closely with the Associate Dean (Marketing and Student Life). You will lead a dedicated team to drive marketing, outreach, and admissions strategies that support the college’s goals of attracting high quality students and enhancing its global reputation.

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-potential students to the undergraduate programmes.
  • Oversee the full admissions cycle, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless candidate experience from application to matriculation.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event platforms to strengthen the visibility of the college's programmes.
  • Manage outreach activities with key feeder schools, industry partners, and international institutions to grow the applicant pool.
  • Monitor data and trends to provide insights that enhance marketing and admissions performance.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, excellence, and collaboration in all marketing and admissions activities.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, outreach, or admissions, preferably within higher education.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience leading teams and projects.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics and data-driven marketing.
  • A creative and forward-thinking mindset with an interest in education and youth engagement.
