JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is seeking a highly capable and dynamic Personal Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a college’s strategic operations, contributing directly to key priorities and institutional impact.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to the Dean, enabling the execution of strategic initiatives by translating priorities into coordinated, actionable plans. You will manage the Dean’s calendar and engagement pipeline, prepare clear and insightful briefings, and support governance processes critical to decision-making. Beyond traditional executive support, you will take an active role in driving strategic initiatives, collaborating across diverse stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring plans are executed effectively, on time, and with impact.

Success in this position requires strong agility and sound judgment. You should be comfortable managing shifting priorities, anticipating needs, and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will play a key role in transforming ideas into meaningful outcomes across the College.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administration, executive support, project/program coordination, or strategy and operations roles
  • Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated focus on execution, impact, and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across functions, align priorities, and drive follow-through with urgency in dynamic environments
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and respond effectively to evolving demands
  • Proficient in leveraging digital tools, including Microsoft Office applications, to support efficient coordination and workflow management
