  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for Manager/ Senior Manager/ Asst Director, Operations (PEARL) to join their team.

The responsibilities of this role are:

You will provide project management, operations and administrative oversight in areas of clinic management, clinical operations and service level delivery.

The scope includes co-oversight to operating multidiscipline clinics, driving process improvements to improve patient experience and operational outcomes. To achieve these, you will be contributing to the crafting of strategies and policies to introduce and/or enhance administrative and patient workflows. You will also be part of the team to look into and improve the uptake of elective procedures. As such, you should be comfortable with data / numerical analysis and projections.

Exposure to clinical operations such as Travellers’ Health and Vaccination clinic management, and familiarity of working with clinical disciplines such as Gastroenterology and Dentistry would be an advantage.

You are also expected to provide leadership to team members and must be able to lead teams to achieve objectives. You need to be an independent, organised and self-driven individual who is keen to take up evolving opportunities provided to develop your career in healthcare management. You will contribute towards the building and maintenance of operational excellence, towards evidence-based improvement of healthcare processes and services.
 
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, a related field in Healthcare Management will be an advantage.  
  • At least 6 to 10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in the healthcare environment/ operations and with experiences in leading a team.
  • A critical thinker who is analytical and meticulous. 
  • Flair for numbers and data, which are essential pre-requisites.
  • Process oriented and service / patient driven.
  • Good organisational, coordination and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and writing skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Profit & Loss statements and business cases is desirable.
  • Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
