  JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is actively searching for an Accounts Executive to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and on time.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Perform data entry and ensure accounting records are updated accurately.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned by the Assistant Accounts Manager.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Exposure to month-end closing support.
• Basic familiarity with GST records and Singapore accounting practices.
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems will be an advantage.
