Our client is actively searching for a Senior Executive / Executive (Planning & Programme Management) to join their team!

This is a 1-year contract role, with potential renewal or conversion based on performance and organisational headcount.The responsibilities of this role are:
Programme Planning & Scheduling
Prepare the overall schedule based on programme information and input from Schools.
Plan and schedule timetables using Syllabus Plus and release timetables within the given timeframe.
Work with Heads of Schools to schedule teaching assignments for Full-Time and Associate Lecturers, ensuring full-time academics are prioritised and optimally assigned.
Provide accurate scheduling information and timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with vendors on outsourced activities such as lecturer placement, contract issuance and payroll processing, and provide the necessary data and information where required.
Manage and maintain the pool of Associate Lecturers.
Resource Planning & Data Management
Plan and manage resources, including rooms and lecturers, using Syllabus Plus to support smooth programme delivery.
Input, maintain and update information in the Student Management System using eTeam and/or other applicable applications.
Maintain up-to-date Associate Lecturer records and module teaching assignments.
Liaise with relevant departments on statutory updates relating to programmes and Associate Lecturers.
Exams
Work with the Exam Team to plan examination schedules for assigned programmes.
Liaise with the Exam Centre on main examinations and re-examinations.
Support the Exam Team in coordinating with Associate Lecturers and academics on assessment materials at the pre-course stage.
Student Management
Provide the full spectrum of student services administration.
Organise and conduct orientation for new students.
Prepare and disseminate confirmed term commencement, test, quiz and examination information.
Handle student queries and requests relating to study pathways and course administration, including re-module, deferment, extension, exemption, programme switch and withdrawal matters.
Monitor module enrolments and follow up on deviations from students’ standard study pathways.
Administer student enrolment through the Student Management System.
Monitor student attendance, administer warning letters, follow up on absenteeism and prepare weekly or monthly reports.
Prepare information for student pass renewal, class attendance registers and examination nominal rolls.
Disseminate information to students through mass communication platforms.
Monitor payment of course fees and issuance of invoices.
Follow up with students on examination absences and students identified as being at risk.
Programme Management
Assist with lecturer orientation where required.
Liaise with internal academics and/or university partners on administrative and operational matters relating to courses.
Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
General Matters
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
Prior relevant experience in the Private Education industry will be an advantage.
Meticulous, able to multi-task and self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
Good team working skills and a flexible approach to delivering team results.
Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work independently to achieve agreed results, including under pressure.
Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise and network with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with good numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
Good understanding of higher education qualifications in Singapore and internationally.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Knowledge and experience in using resource optimization tools will be advantageous.
Able to work rostered shift hours from 8.30am to 6.00pm or 10.00am to 7.00pm.
The role will be based at The Cathay or Marina Square.
