Our client is actively searching for a GM Driver to join their team!The responsibilities of this role are:
Provide daily chauffeuring services to General Manager and family.
Provide ad-hoc chauffeuring services for office visitors, business partners, associates etc
Distributing / delivering / collecting of office’ and guests’ gifts and documents.
Upkeep the cleanliness of the vehicle
In charge of re-fueling petrol, cash card top-up, sending vehicle for service and maintenance
Attend to documentation, procedure of vehicle related registration, renewal of road tax, insurance, traffic offences and accidents etc
Run errands and attend to any ad-hoc assignments given by Management and Office. Examples: collecting or sending documents or parcels such as cheques, letters.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Secondary education with 3 years of relevant experience
Valid Class 3 & 2B driving licence with 5 years of excellent traffic record
Proficient in using GPS/ navigation application
Possess own transport i.e. motorbike or car
High integrity, discretion, patience, politeness, reliability, punctuality and good working ethics
Pleasant disposition with strong communication skills
