Salary Negotiation Talk at the London School of Business and Finance

For the uninitiated, negotiating the desired salary can be daunting. We demystified the process, so the students set themselves up for success, and nothing less.
Starting off with understanding internal, external and individual equity, we then moved on to the pre-negotiation analysis, understanding the negotiator and negotiation techniques. We also covered transitioning into a new job and discussed a special salary alternative scale unique to CTES Consulting.
This helps the students to be better equipped in the challenge of discussing how much they are worth and how much they are expected to be paid for their position. They now have a better picture of the market salary range against their personal salary range and how best to negotiate their salary appropriately!
